tells you "Your sump pump is not working" so that you know that basement flooding
has started. NexPump Automatic Notification goes much further with the option of alerts via phone and email. Since your system is monitored 24/7/365; you are notified of an error before disaster occurs. These alerts are logged on NexPump servers so that you also have web browser access no matter where you are. Ai5600 models alert you to variances from normal operation including power failures, pump problem, sensor disconnected, battery disconnected and plumbing errors. Errors are automatically cleared if the problem corrects itself. Since Ai5600 Series have redundant pumps, check valves and lines; this assures you that your system is still operational but there is an issue that requires your attention. NexPump backup sump pump systems also send notification of "pump operational" in addition to the Ai5600 notifications. This tells you that either a.c.power is off or that your main pump has failed. |
