Led by professionals with over 2 decades of experience in the basement repair business; NexPump.ca was incorporated in 2009 to distribute NexPump "Intelligent" Sump Pump Systems across Canada.

We have learned by experience that NexPump Intelligent Sump Pump systems are the most reliable sump pump products available anywhere.

Our offices and warehouse are located in Woodstock, Ontario.

NexPump originated when it's founder was refinishing his basement. While he was completing the project he knew he'd better get a backup sump pump before the job was completed. Searching the marketplace he found no high capacity, comprehensive or Artificial Intelligent systems.

Having an electronics and computer engineering background, he put together a prototype pump and there it sat for a couple of years doing its job. In his spare time, he added many must have features exclusive to NexPump and soon the NexPump Ai became a product that everyone would eventually need and want. He completed the production model and put it to the test. The testing sites were real households with the NexPump in the Primary mode (the main pump). The pumps worked flawlessly for years (2003 and still working) and NexPump, Inc. was born.

Why we say Artificial intelligence (Ai):
Here's the Definition of artificial intelligence: (Major AI textbooks define artificial intelligence as "the study and design of intelligent agents," where an intelligent agent is a system that perceives its environment and takes actions which maximize its chances of success.)
The NexPump Ai does exactly that. It will perceive the environment and make decisions with advanced logic to maximize the chances of success. This technology is ONLY available on the NexPump with its 18 patent pending claims submitted by the President of NexPump, Inc.

The design goal from the beginning has been "Peace of Mind"
